KHD Production is committed to maximizing the global visibility, accessibility, and academic impact of the scholarly monographs and edited volumes we publish. To ensure that our authors' rigorous research reaches the widest possible audience, we actively integrate our Open Monograph Press (OMP) system with leading academic discovery services, digital identifiers, and archiving networks.

1. Digital Identifiers and Discovery

  • Crossref (DOI): KHD Production is a registered member of Crossref. Every accepted academic book and its corresponding individual chapters are assigned a permanent Digital Object Identifier (DOI). This ensures stable, long-term discoverability, reliable citation tracking, and cross-linking across global academic databases.

  • Google Scholar: Our OMP platform is technically optimized with standardized metadata (Dublin Core) to ensure that all published books and chapters are rapidly and accurately indexed by Google Scholar's academic search engines.

2. Current Indexing and Registries

All open-access academic publications are regularly submitted for indexing and abstracting in the following databases:

  • PKP Index (Public Knowledge Project)

3. Digital Archiving and Preservation

To guarantee the long-term preservation of our academic record, even in the event of platform failure, KHD Production utilizes distributed archiving systems:

  • PKP Preservation Network (PKP PN): Our published contents are digitally preserved using the LOCKSS (Lots of Copies Keep Stuff Safe) program to ensure a secure and permanent archive.

KHD Production strictly adheres to the high-quality publishing standards set by the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE) and the evaluation criteria of major international indexes. We are continuously expanding our academic catalog and actively preparing our Health and Medical Sciences collections for future evaluation and inclusion in top-tier databases, including:
